USE: use daily in the bath or shower. Wet the sponge, liberally apply your favorite bath gel/scrub/wash and gently wash for a mild exfoliation. When finished, thoroughly rinse and hang to dry to extend the life of the sponge and to avoid mold/bacterial growth. Use on skin only when wet.
